A Geneva man has been arrested on petit larceny charges in Wayne County.
It is alleged that 26-year-old Joseph Gonzalez stole Mountain Dew and candy bars from Kinney Drugs in Lyons.
Gonzalez was released on an appearance ticket for Lyons Town Court.
