A Geneva resident was arrested by Seneca Falls Police on Tuesday on criminal contempt charges.
Jordan Journell is accused of calling his victim multiple times for what police say was no legitimate purpose of communication and violated a current order of protection between the parties.
Journell was also charged with aggravated family offense and aggravated harassment.
Journell was brought to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await CAP arraignment.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
