A Geneva man was arrested Monday by the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office on a bench warrant out of Waterloo Town Court.
Alex Rossiter allegedly failed to appear on criminal contempt charges from a previous incident that occurred.
Rossiter was taken into custody without incident and was brought to the Seneca County Law Enforcement Center to await CAP Court.
