A Geneva man was taken into police custody on Thursday on a warrant out of Seneca Falls Town Court.
James Steiner failed to appear in court on a previous date to answer a felony burglary charge along with misdemeanor petit larceny. Steiner turned himself in to Ontario County Probation, who turned the 50-year-old to the Geneva Police Department.
Steiner was then taken into custody by Seneca Falls Police and brought to the Seneca County Jail to await arraignment.
