A Geneva man is awaiting arraignment in Yates County CAP Court following his arrest Thursday on a bench warrant issued out of Penn Yan Village Court.
Penn Yan Police were notified that another law enforcement agency had Edward Galvin, the Third in custody on an unrelated matter.
Penn Yan Police met with Geneva Police and executed the warrant, taking Galvin into custody on the warrant and charging him with criminal possession of stolen property.
