A Geneva man was arrested on multiple felony counts on Dixon Avenue in the city of Geneva.
Arrested after an alleged domestic, Dominique Huddleston is accused of intentionally causing substantial physical injury to another person with a weapon and restraining another person, which exposed that person to serious physical injury. Geneva Police Officers later confirmed that Huddleston did have an active arrest warrant out of the City of Geneva Court related to a different domestic incident.
The 34-year-old was charged with assault, criminal possession of a weapon, unlawful imprisonment, and aggravated family offense, all felonies, along with assault and criminal mischief.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
