The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Geneva man on an active warrant for criminal contempt.
Deputies say 39-year-old Luke Davis, of County Road 6 in Geneva, was taken into custody on Tuesday. Davis was wanted on a warrant for Criminal Contempt in the Second Degree, a class A misdemeanor.
He was turned over to the Seneca County Correctional Facility and held for arraignment in CAP Court
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation; the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
