Eugene Washington, Junior was arrested after a traffic stop for not stopping at a stop sign and with no tail lamps. He was also found operating a motor vehicle with a suspended New York State Non-Driver’s License, operating without a valid license, and having an open container of alcohol in the vehicle. Officers also discovered that Washington allegedly had a controlled substance in his car as well.
Washington was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, unlicensed operation, and failure to stop at a stop sign.
