A Geneva man was arrested Tuesday morning following the investigation into a forcible touching incident that occurred on Nov. 9.
It is alleged that 42-year-old Matthew Brown forcibly touched the intimate parts of a female victim after she asked him to stop.
Brown was arrested by the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office and charged with one count of forcible touching. He was transported to the county jail, where we awaits arraignment.
Brown is expected to appear in the Town of Geneva Court at a later date to answer the charge.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation; the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
