A disturbance at America’s Best Value Inn in Geneva Saturday resulted in the arrest of a 19-year-old Geneva man.
An investigation by the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office determined Akeem Whitfield had been at the residence of a protected party on an order of protection naming him as the restricted party. Whitfield was taken into custody without incident and charged with criminal contempt.
Whitfield was brought to the Ontario County Jail to await his arraignment.
