A Geneva man was arrested Wednesday by the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office on charges of grand larceny and conspiracy.
Jonathan Toledo’s arrest stems from an incident where it is alleged he and four other people entered a Waterloo business on September 18th and stole two generators valued at $1,670.
Toledo was taken into custody on an arrest warrant issued out of Waterloo Town Court. The 35-year-old was released following arraignment and turned back over to the Ontario County Jail where he is currently being housed.
