A Geneva man was arrested by the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office on a petit larceny charge.
21-year-old Gavin Jones is accused of stealing merchandise from the Byrne Dairy store in the town of Waterloo.
Jones was released on an appearance ticket for Waterloo Town Court.
