A Geneva man was arrested Tuesday on a warrant charging him with grand larceny in Seneca County.
Vladislav Kandinov is accused of stealing another person’s cellphone while at del Lago on March 15th.
Following his arraignment, Kandinov was released on an appearance ticket for Tyre Town Court.
