A Geneva man was arrested Monday morning following a complaint of shoplifting at Tops in Seneca Falls.
According to police, it was discovered that Steven Dolgos allegedly left the store without paying for merchandise in his possession.
Dolgos was charged with petit larceny and was released on an appearance ticket for Seneca Falls Town Court.
