Geneva Man Accused of Identity Theft

SHARE NOW

The investigation into an alleged larceny in the town of Palmyra resulted in the arrest of a Geneva man.

It is alleged that 42-year-old Michael Vanderlyke used debit card information to place a food order without the card owner’s permission.

Vanderlyke charged with identity theft and petit larceny.  He was released on an appearance ticket for Palmyra Town Court.

The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
