Seneca Falls Police arrested a Geneva man following the investigation into a domestic disturbance on Thursday.
During the investigation, it was determined Kenneth Marvin had a warrant for his arrest. While Marvin was placed into custody, he allegedly attempted to flee officers on foot and then allegedly fought with them. Marvin was charged with resisting arrest, criminal obstruction of governmental administration, and endangering the welfare of a child. He was also charged with felony assault.
Marvin was brought to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await arraignment.
