A Geneva man was arrested Saturday night following the investigation into a suspicious driver who allegedly showed odd behavior and was driving erratically.
Seneca Falls Police say they spotted 38-year-old Dustin Bush driving while impaired by alcohol.
Bush was charged with endangering the welfare of a child, aggravated driving while intoxicated with a child in the vehicle, driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated with a BAC of .08% or higher, and consumption of alcohol in a car.
Bush was brought to the Seneca County Jail to await arraignment.
