A Geneva man face charges after police say he repeatedly messaged and called a Penn Yan resident multiple times after being told not to.
27-year-old Standly St. Hubert is also accused of leaving a threatening voicemail message with the resident claiming he would harm them. With help from the Geneva Police Department, police obtained an arrest warrant, located St. Hubert, and took him into custody.
St. Hubert was brought to the Yates County Jail on charges of aggravated family offense and aggravated harassment.
