A larceny investigation conducted by the town of Gates Police Department at the Eastview Mall in Victor resulted in the arrest of a 36-year-old Gates man.
Once identified, Brent Stiles had an active warrant for his arrest out of Ontario County stemming from his alleged failure to appear on petit larceny charges in Victor Town Court.
Stiles was taken into custody and brought to the Ontario County Jail to appear in CAP Court
