A 28-year-old Wayne County woman was arrested Saturday after being observed by security at the Newark Walmart store without paying for merchandise.
Jennifer Gill, of Galen, is accused of leaving the store without paying for the items that were valued at $29.88.
Gill was charged with petit larceny and was released on an appearance ticket for Newark Village Court
