The investigation into a domestic incident in the Town of Sterling resulted in the arrest of a Fulton woman.
It was reported that there was an active physical altercation occurring outside of a home and the suspect had left the area in a car prior to the arrival of police. Through an investigation into the incident, it was determined that Haley Sellin had allegedly used a rock to intentionally break a residential window. With help from Cayuga County 911, Oswego County 911 and the Fulton Police Department, Sellin was located and taken into custody.
Sellin was charged with misdemeanor criminal mischief and was released on an appearance ticket for Sterling Town Court.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
