A Syracuse man was taken into custody on Saturday after the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office and New York State Police responded to an apartment in Geneva for the report of a disturbance.
Following a police investigation, 32-year-old Isaiha Qusim Elijah Waller was taken into custody for an active arrest warrant out of Harris County, Texas.
Waller was transported to the Ontario County Jail, where he will await his departure to Texas to answer the charges.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
