A Freeville man was allegedly caught with methamphetamine at a Cayuga County High School.
According to the Cayuga County Sheriff’s Office, the incident happened on August 16 at approximately 3:45a when deputies noticed a vehicle in the parking lot of the Southern Cayuga High School near the clothing donation shed. A person was further observed walking away from the vehicle as deputies arrived.
Micah Pado was found inside the shed and is accused of possessing methamphetamine as well as knowingly providing deputies with a false name.
Pado was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance and False Personation and issued appearance tickets for Venice Town Court. He was then transferred to the custody of the New York State Police for an outstanding bench warrant.
