Four Canandaigua residents were arrested Wednesday night for allegedly stealing merchandise from a local store.
According to the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office, 34-year-old Heather Mcloud, 30-year-old Danny Ribble, 29-year-old Brandon Gedney, and 24-year-old Jennifer Engelbrecht allegedly stole items from the Five Below Store on State Route 364 in Canandaigua. All four suspects were charged with petit larceny.
Following their arrest, the four were released on appearance tickets for Canandaigua Town Court.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
