Auburn police have arrested four people following a robbery at a Lafayette Place residence last Saturday night.
Officers responded after a victim reported being robbed of a cell phone, wallet, keys, cash, and jewelry. Police surrounded the residence and detained 11 individuals for questioning.
Four of those detained, 59-year-old Clarence Cooper, 51-year-old John Moulton, 39-year-old Ryan Wilson, and 32-year-old Emilie Keeney, were charged with robbery and held at Cayuga County Jail without bail.
Additional arrests included Cooper and 25-year-old Alix Reynolds on drug-related charges, and 36-year-old Scott Meyer on a parole detainer.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
