A felony grand larceny charge has been levied against the former Cayuga County village and town court justice who resigned in September amid an investigation by the state.
June Shepardson is accused of stealing over $6,000 in court funds from the village and town of Moravia. In addition to her resignation, Shepardson also agreed to never seek judicial office again.
