The investigation of a fight in progress on Mynderse Street in Seneca Falls resulted in the arrest of a Seneca Falls man.
Police say during their investigation, one of the people involved in the incident, Benyamina Fox, attempted to drive away. Fox was stopped by police and it was determined he had been allegedly driving while intoxicated.
Fox was charged with DWI and driving a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol level of above .08% and was released on an appearance ticket for Seneca Falls Town Court.
