An investigation that stemmed from an FBI report about people discussing human trafficking online led to the arrest of a Steuben County man.
Tyler Johnson is accused of engaging in a conversation about human sex trafficking a child. The 32-year-old Jasper man is also alleged to have possessed a video depicting a sexual performance by a child. Johnson was charged with felony possessing a sexual performance by a child and endangering the welfare of a child.
Johnson was arraigned in the Centralized Arraignment Court and released.
