Authorities in Steuben County are seeking the FBI’s help to seek further charges against a 19-year-old man who was arrested on June 7th on multiple child pornography charges.
It is alleged that Tyler Evans was creating, and in possession of, child pornography. Evans is also alleged to have been sharing these photos on the Internet. The Town of Howard man was charged with four felony counts of possessing an obscene sexual performance by a child and a half-dozen misdemeanor counts of unlawful publication of an intimate image.
Following his arraignment, Evans was released.
