Police have made an arrest in connection with a motor vehicle accident that happened on October 17th in Seneca County.
It is alleged that James Stuck failed to yield the right of way at the intersection of Yellow Tavern Road and State Route 96. According to the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office, prior to the accident, the driver of the other car was traveling north on Route 96 when Stuck’s car pulled out into the roadway leaving no chance for an evasive maneuver, which resulted in a collision.
Stuck was charged with driving while intoxicated and was released on an appearance ticket for Fayette Town Court.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
