A Fayette man was arrested by the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office following the investigation into a domestic incident.
It is alleged that on December 29th, Robert Daldry harassed a relative and damaged property belonging to that person. Daldry was charged with criminal mischief and harassment.
Daldry was brought to the Seneca County Jail to await arraignment.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
