A domestic disturbance that was reported to be happening in the town of Fayette resulted in the arrest of a Fayette resident.
After an investigation by the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office, it is alleged that Brandon Morehouse prevented a victim from calling 911 and had unwanted physical contact while an Order of Protection was in place.
Morehouse was brought to the Seneca County Jail to await arraignment.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
