A property damage accident in Ontario County early Sunday morning resulted in the arrest of a Farmington woman.
Tiffany Smith is accused of being involved in a one-car accident in the area of 7130 County Road 41 in the town of Victor.
Smith was charged with driving while intoxicated. The 44-year-old Smith will appear in Victor Town Court at a later date to answer the charges at a later date
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
