A Farmington woman was arrested Tuesday on a bench warrant related to multiple traffic violations, according to the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies say 24-year-old Cerena O’Donnell was taken into custody on Tuesday by the Sheriff’s Warrant Unit. The warrant, issued by Canandaigua Town Court, stems from charges including aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree, failure to surrender a suspended license, and speeding.
O’Donnell was transported to the Ontario County Jail for arraignment in CAP Court. She was released on her recognizance and is scheduled to return to Canandaigua Town Court on August 7.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
