A Farmington woman has been arrested by the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office on three counts of criminal possession of a forged instrument.
Robin Flynn is accused of possessing three checks where the victim’s name was forged as the person authorizing the check. Investigators say Flynn negotiated these checks at a local bank and was done without the victim’s permission resulting in a loss to him.
Following her arrest, Flynn was sent to the Ontario County Jail to await CAP arraignment.
