A Hilton man is charged with driving while intoxicated following the investigation into a two-car accident Monday afternoon in Ontario County.
According to the Sheriff’s Department, Aric Strusienski was driving drunk when he side-swiped a car driven by Cody Dix, of Lyndonville, on State Route 332 in Farmington.
In addition to DWI, Strusienski was charged with several other undisclosed traffic and vehicle offenses. The 37-year-old will appear in Farmington Town Court at a later date to answer the charges.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
