A Farmington resident was charged with endangering the welfare of a child following an incident at an apartment on Loomis Road.
The arrest of Yexenia Pubill stemmed from a domestic incident after the child reported that the 28-year-old allegedly flipped a table at her, causing an injury to her upper leg. Pubill was taken into custody and transported to the Ontario County Jail for processing.
CPS officials were notified of the incident, according to the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
