The mother of two young Farmington children who were found wandering alone in a public area Wednesday afternoon was charged with endangering the welfare of a child.
Valentine Fierro told police she was napping at her residence when bystanders found her four-year-old and five-year-old outdoors unsupervised.
The 29-year-old will appear in Farmington Town Court at a later date.
