On Monday, Ontario County Deputies arrested two Farmington men following a larceny investigation involving multiple vehicles on Kims Drive in the Town of Victor.
Gregory Keesee, 25, was arrested and charged with three counts of Petit Larceny. Deputies identified him as a suspect after he allegedly left his cell phone inside one of the victims’ vehicles. He is accused of stealing a total of $48.00 from several different cars in the area.
During the investigation, deputies initiated a traffic stop on a suspect vehicle and arrested Eric Keesee, 48. He was charged with Obstructing Governmental Administration after allegedly failing to identify himself to officers. Deputies subsequently learned that Eric Keesee had an active warrant for his arrest through the Greece Police Department.
Gregory Keesee arrived at the scene of the traffic stop and was taken into custody at that time. He was issued appearance tickets and will answer the charges in the Town of Victor Court at a later date.
Eric Keesee was issued an appearance ticket for the Town of Farmington and was later turned over to the Greece Police Department to answer for the outstanding warrant.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
