A Farmington man was arrested by the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office on a warrant issued out of Canandaigua Town Court.
Joshua Atwell is accused of failing to appear in court for aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and uninspected motor vehicle on September 12th and October 17th.
After Atwell was taken into custody, he was brought to the Ontario County Jail for CAP arraignment.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
