A Farmington man was arrested following an investigation of a vehicle and traffic law violation in Seneca Falls.
Pablo Soto-Burgos was originally placed into custody on an outstanding warrant out of Ontario County and upon further investigation, it was determined he was allegedly in possession of prescription pills that were not in their original container.
Soto-Burgos was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and taken to the Seneca Falls Police Department for processing. He was issued an appearance ticket for Seneca Falls Town Court.
Soto-Burgos was released into the custody of the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office to answer for the warrant.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
