The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Farmington man following an alleged domestic incident at his Terri Drive home.
57-year-old Patrick Zarcone was charged with criminal obstruction of breathing for an alleged incident that occurred on New Year’s Eve.
Following his arraignment at the Ontario County Jail, Zarcone was released on an appearance ticket for Farmington Town Court.
