A traffic stop in the village of Penn Yan resulted in the arrest of a Farmington man on a warrant issued out of Yates County Court.
Police spotted David Ingalls driving on Liberty Street with his headlights off and pulled him over. A check of his license revealed it was suspended with five total suspensions. It was also discovered the 23-year-old had an active warrant for vehicle and traffic charges out of Yates County.
Ingalls was issued an appearance ticket for aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle before being turned over to the Yates County Sheriff’s Department on the active warrant.
