A Farmington man was arrested over the weekend by the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office on a warrant out of Canandaigua Town Court.
35-year-old Cody Craft is accused of failing to appear in court on a charge of aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and operating with a registration suspended or revoked on September 5th and October 10th.
Craft was taken into custody on Saturday and transported to the Ontario County Jail for CAP arraignment.
Craft will appear in Canandaigua Town Court at a later date to answer the charge.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
