A Farmington man was arrested Friday by the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office on a bench warrant issued out of Victor Town Court.
The warrant was issued after Musa Kennon allegedly failed to appear in court on several vehicle and traffic violations. The charges include unlicensed operator, uninspected motor vehicle, unregistered motor vehicle, and operating without insurance.
Following his arraignment in Ontario County CAP Court, Kennoh was released on an appearance ticket for Victor Town Court.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
