The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Farmington man on a Treatment Court bench warrant.
Deputies had located 49-year-old David Robinson at his home, where he was taken into custody without incident. The bench warrant was issued out of Canandaigua City Court after Robinson allegedly failed to obey treatment court mandates.
Robinson was brought to the Ontario County Jail and was held to await arraignment at Ontario County Court.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
