The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Farmington man.
34-year-old Joel Cruz-Gonzalez was arrested on Saturday without incident on a Violation of Probation warrant.
Cruz-Gonzalez was transported to the Ontario County Jail where he was held to await arraignment.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
