The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a 27-year-old Farmington man following an incident at a Town of Canandaigua business.
Joseph Hobbs is accused of entering the Auto Wash on County Road 10 on Wednesday and committing petit larceny.
Hobbs was taken into custody just before noon and taken to the Ontario County Jail to await arraignment.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
