A Farmington man was arrested on Christmas Eve following the investigation into a criminal mischief complaint on Brownsville Road.
During the investigation by the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office, it was determined Miles Martin allegedly drove in an intoxicated state, caused over $1,500 worth of damage to the victim’s car, and resisted arrest.
Martin was charged with criminal mischief, DWI, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, resisting arrest, and obstruction of governmental administration.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
