A Farmington man was arrested on charges of criminal mischief and two counts of criminal contempt.
The arrest of Faron Fawcett stems from a domestic incident that happened on Corey Drive in the town of Farmington. Fawcett is accused of having taken the victim’s phone, causing significant damage to it by throwing it on the ground. The 18-year-old also allegedly grabbed the victim and pushed her. Additionally, Fawcett also allegedly grabbed the victim and pushed her. He is also a restricted party in a refrain from Order of Protection against the victim.
Fawcett was ultimately taken into custody and brought to the Ontario County Jail for arraignment.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
